Yes, awareness helped us with research and helped save lives. But at this point, it's just overdone. I wouldn't be surprised if every adult and child over the age of 9 or 10 in the world knew about it and that it's bad. I don't see why shoving it down our throats and making everything come in pink is going to raise any more awareness than it already has. We get the point now. I don't think that anyone's going to forget about it and stop researching it.
