This is a similar situation to me, except with the boy i'm seeing I think it is cute. He laughs and tells me to be a smart arse and I correct his grammar, it's all good. If you are unhappy then perhaps look for someone who is more on your intelligence level. Be warned though, this person may be smarter than you and you willk find it incredibly annoying when he starts to correct and moan about things you do. There is more to people than their intelligence.
