well i see alot of ppl here are telling you to talk to him but my male opinion is don't. if he doesnt see you in that light it'll freak him out and you'll loss any chance instead focus on yourself be more confident. Honestly speaking for myself and every guy i know there's some unattractive about a girl obsessing over you its just to easy, guys want what they cant have.
