Well I've been extremely good friends with my step cousin since a young age. It's been 5 years since I started developing feelings for her. I am now certain of it... I love her. Now we are doing a family thing and I will be seeing her a lot in the next week. Now I want to tell her how I feel but I don't know how..,

    It's a tricky thing, being "related" and all. You should think of how everyone else is going to react or how she'll react first, and then decide if it's worth it or move on with your life.

    No blood relations? Go for it. It'll make planning the wedding easier if you guys share some of the family ;) jk I would try to see if she has any feelings for you before you go and embarrass yourself by declaring your love for her in front of your whole family.
