Yeah its fine, when i was that age, i thought against it, mainly due to society acceptance but as im now older (25) i think fuck yeah, who gives a shit hey, 3 years aint shit, if you stay together one day youll be 25, shell be 22. just because people didnt meet early in life doesnt make the age gap any different, is what it is, the big problem with age gaps is usually the elder person needs to move on and get into life where as the younger one is still in the kiddy clubbing mood.

It's fine. If something goes south and she breaks off and says you've been banging her it might be bad depending what State you're in. But the courts do take into account the age gap and 16 and 19 is not too bad.
