If your willing to take on the responsibility of taking care of the child, and you can get over her past and such, to me it sounds like a situation where, if you loved and respected her for the rest of your life, you should be with her. Her husband sounds no good, and it sounds like he's already broken his vows to her, so the marriage is mute anyways.
