Good on you for being so self-aware, if you're not a troll. Being called a d-bag by a guy essentially means "there's something about you that makes me insecure about myself, and that upsets me, so I don't like you." It's the most sincere form of flattery a weak-minded guy will give you.
As for friendships and girls, take a genuine interest in them and make them feel important. That will get you further than even a v-taper and 8% bodyfat will.
