Is it normal to be happy and mad when you are moving

Yesterday my parents told me we wrere moving and I was relieved but everyone else was blowing up. Then the next day I went to school in tears and my teacher asked what was wrong? And I said nothing I came home and found that we made an offer on a house and might get it I felt relieved but still mad.can anyone help me

    When I moved I was happy at first because I got to go somewhere knew and It felt like a vacation. After I was there I really missed the place I moved from.
