You should hate people who spread bullshit lies about marijuana, but not people telling the truth. For some reason marijuana actually does slow down the progression of cancer, and in some cases completely terminates it. Marijuana does have its few and specific medicinal uses and it does not have any negative effects when safely used. Because of this, many consider it a "god plant" in some manner, but some holding such opinions also exaggerate the truth or believe in an exaggerated truth themselves.

No study has proven a significant connection between marijuana and cancer growth. This is like saying cream cheese slows down cancer. I could tell everyone I know that cream cheese slows cancer and at least one person would believe it and pass it on. Congrats. You are that person.
