One of my best friends is a 14 yr old guy, and I am 22. Its not that weird.
Unless the people concerned were born on exactly the same day, one of them is always going to be younger and the other one is always going to be older
It's normal for people in the workplace to gain relationships. If i saw any of my co workers I would say hello and talk for a while, everyones friendly. And anyways, your age gap isnt that different. If a 44 year old and a 38 year old hung out nobody would question it i think
I think it's fine and appropriate for ya'll to be friends. As long as you don't invite to go partying with you, because she is underaged, everything should be fine.
she might be mature for her age and you might be immature for your age, in which case it could be fine. I still would not recommend it though.
