My tuition is paid for with scholarships, but my family helps me pay for living expenses. I hate it too.But at the same time I appreciate it dearly. I am so ready to get a job and become fully independent. I hate having to live up to others' expectations just because they help me. I want to be able to live up to my own expectations simply because it is what I think is best for me.I'm sure I would be a better person for it. Then there is the guilt of not being able to visit the family members who support me because I'm so damn busy with school and parenthood. And it doesn't help when they put me on a guilt trip.
