College is a big transition & you've moved on. But there are too many loose ends in your relationships.
Time to make it clean & tidy or it will just drive you nuts. Call it off with the former boy friend.
Also regarding the guy down the hall, just give yourself a break. Don't start anything up until you have cleared up & feel over the not even as yet past boy friend. You may be looking at the new guy through different eyes.
