I guess it's easier in a way, to do it online. People don't know who I am, I don't have to see the look in their eyes, that sort of thing. Processing it, and all that. Thank you, though, for your words.
I'd say meditate, but then if you aren't in the habit, it won't help for awhile. I process everything when I'm meditating, it helps go through everything from a safe place.
My sister was sexually abused as a kid and she's over most of the horrid part, but then that doesn't compare to what you went through
