Nah. It depends on the type of girl. If it was such a common thing with us, you'll hear more stereotypes and jokes about it besides us wanting jerks.
My boyfriend is a big guy both in height and weight, it never bothered me and I never pressure him to lose weight because I know he'll do it on his own eventually, which he has.
As for my friend, they are trying to figure it out I guess. He can be very demanding and controlling, so I feel for his girlfriend. I feel he shouldn't have moved her in if he was so unattached to her to begin with. People aren't clay, you cant mold them into what you want.
