Is it normal to be disapointed when i find out an awesome guy is gay?

Like Neil Patrick Harris, Walt Whitman, and Da Vinci (that one is iffy i know). I feel like its sad that they're gay because there so awesome, and its not even like I hate gay people. Its not an angry disappointment either. I don't know.

    Probably because you see the negatives: he will never have a woman on his arm (something people really likebyourbgoing see...who will he end up with....a guy. Will possibly never have a family (that's dubious), and if so not in the traditional sense. Probably to you, something is very lonesome, missing in a gay persons life.

    Sometimes you can feel disappointed if someone is gay. I had no idea that Leonardo da Vinci was hay but now I'm shocked because he was an awesome person.
