    It's a frog spirit. In the white space within its crown is a Egyptian statue. The markings on its face are in a creepy tribal fashion. There are two penises with teeth.

      There's another bit near the bottom that looks like an insectoid spaceship with a trail of energy (ions?) coming out of the tail.
