i'm gonna be honest with you, if you've already gone through puberty then yes it will be a bit of a struggle trying to present as a woman without surgery. do you actually feel the urge to live your life as a woman, or is it more you just want to be more feminine or enjoy doing more feminine things? because you can still be a man and do feminine things like wear dresses, make-up, etc. it's not illegal.
i'd say wait a few months and if your feelings are still there or have grown stronger you should seek out a psychologist to talk about those feelings and the emotions you feel about yourself and your body.

Yes, all I want is to be a woman, no middle ground. I'm 20, so surgery is probable necessary... But yeah, I should think about it some more, thank you
