Is it normal to be confused about kissing

I'm 21 and I've had a reasonable number of relationships (not too many but enough to be considered experienced).

The thing is....I've never enjoyed kissing, it just grosses me out and doesn't feel good.

I don't think the guys have been very good kissers, they seem too rushed and feel as though they're literally trying to eat my face.

I disliked kissing so much that I thought I might be asexual but I had a dream the other night that I was kissing this guy and that it was a really good kiss and I really enjoyed it.

Anyway I guess my question is do you think I'm normal and that perhaps the guys just weren't very good kissers...or do you think I'm just wierd.

Is It Normal?

    Guys aren't always good kissers. Avoid anyone who tries to hoover your face off. That's just not nice.

    Im the same way, I think you dont feel the passion or romance in it...and honestly, unless they are amazing kissers I dont enjoy it unless I emotionally care about them. I prefer just lips & not tounge..maybe your the same.

    god, that sucks. i love kissing. i swear it's my favorite thing ever. i'm willing to bet that you're right.. you just haven't kissed the right person yet. maybe next time you're kissing someone, YOU take the lead and just let it be slow, gentle and passionate. the guy should follow your lead. next thing you know, you're having an incredible make-out session. hopefully that'll help you out. cause seriously.. kissing is amazing.

    Some guys just never learn how to kiss. I was 15 and my ex was 14 and though I was his first proper gf, he knew how to kiss amazingly.

    After we broke up I dated a 17 year old and he was terrible in the extreme, just straight in for the kill, all tongue and ugh...

    The guys weren't good kissers...of course for me guys were never as yummy as girls. So that was my problem...haha!

    Sounds like they weren't good kissers :L if you were sexually attracted to them before they kissed you then you aren't asexual
