You shouldn't be doing nothing and getting paid for it. But that's the corporate point of view. Most people would love to loaf and get paid. If you feel so bad about it, complain to management and get some busy work. Otherwise, continue to stare at the wall.
I wrote that yesterday but as a whole I would rather work. I love my job and the owner is a hard working man who is a good guy to work for. However, I just feel bad as he spent his whole life savings on this and he is barely breaking even. I just wish I could do more.
Thanks, I wrote that story while being bored at work but later in the day I had to do a tax return that took two and a half hours. I went home feeling good with myself so I had a good day.
Is it normal to be bored at work?

It wasn't really a complaint, more of a comment.
