Television has conditioned you into expecting ever greater excitement from life. I saw a programme the other day and one guy was virtually having an orgasm because someone's house had a kitchen with big cupboards. They presented it as the most exciting thing in the world. If I didn't get angry about it, it would make me feel like real life was boring and dull too.
Go for a walk in the woods, look at the different types of trees and plants, listen to the birds sing. Find a clearing and relax and forget about the world humans have created and remember that you're part of the world nature created. That's real life out there. Don't get too distracted by pretend excitement.
