Someone approached me last night, wanting to start a conversation. I basically told them to go fuck themselves and leave me alone. I thought people appreciated honesty.

Depends where you live. If you like being blunt, relocate to NYC, they would see it as normal.
Reminds me of CNN making up shit about trump and then they want to Talk and he tells them to go fuck off. The man is Honest , they are two faced. the jerk is the person that wants to talk.
