Happens to me all the time. The weirdest was when I quit smoking. I sometimes dreamed I lit up a cigarette, forgetting untill I was almost done with it that I had quit. One night I was soo disappointed in myself for having a cigarette. I cursed myself for smoking that cigarette and asked myself "where the hell did this cigarette come from anyway, if it hadn't been here I wouldn't have absentmindedly smoked it". Then I remembered "oh yeah, this is what's left of the pack I had in my pocket the other night when I dreamed I was smoking". Then I was OK!
