It kind of depends how long you've been with her. If you've been with for a while of course you can tell her. It would be cute. Just at the right time though. Like when she borrows it again and gives it back. Be like my hoodie always smells good when you give it back to me with a cute smile.

Yeah, then go ahead and tell her. She'll think thats cute. If I had a boyfriend I would like to know that he thinks I have a good scent. :)
