Fetishes are usually the result of something in a person's past, and sometimes it's things they were exposed to so early in life that they can't remember the incidents due to childhood amnesia. You finding pregnant women erotic isn't any weirder than people who are seriously into feet, long hair, boobs, women with husky voices or whatever. It's not 'normal' in the sense that virtually everyone else has the same trigger, but the fact that there's a lot of online porn involving pregnant women proves that you're far from seriously strange.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's true. Speaking for myself, I have seven younger siblings, and while pregnant-porn isn't top of my list of genres, it does do things for me.
FWIW, I'm absolutely certain that I was never aware of finding my mother sexually attractive - not even in the worst of the hormone-storm of puberty - but what goes on in the deepest, darkest depths of our heads can be pretty fucking weird.
