A man who has a woman already, implies success, health and safety as well as possibly a potential mate worth desiring as someone else already thinks so - so he must have something going for him. On a psychological level, it's just an ego boost for you. Have you ever been diagnosed with a narcissistic personality? Not normal... Sounds like your in it just to play games or get attention. You want their attention, then once u have it...the game is over. Also, not very nice to do this to people.
