It is normal to be attracted to older men, lots of girls are. The same way boys are often attracted to older women. Older people have the advantage of more life experience and young people have a youthful exuberance that hasn't been crushed out of them yet by dealing with years of responsibility.
Your statement about older men being more "real" than younger guys was not cool and, honestly, a bit arrogant coming from someone who's the same age as them.
