Is it normal to be attracted to incest stories

I don't fantasize about my own close family(sometimes a cousin or two, family reunions are hard lol), but when I hear about, read about, or think about others doing it , I really get excited. I'm ashamed of it. Heard it was a southern thing. May be a virgin thing too. A real good friend (who gets plenty of buns and is a normal) used to sexually comment about his 2nd cousin from time to time. Anyhow, mother and son, father and daughter, especially brother and sister - it just seems so safe and intimate. That's the appeal for me I think. I get repulsed thinking of my own family in this way though. This all seems so contradictory.
