Is it normal to be attracted to collarbones, shoulders, and necks?

Ehm, so the other day I was looking at photos of one of my favorite idols - Baekhyun - and there was one particular picture that caught my attention.

Before this, I hadn't realized how attractive collarbones, shoulders, and necks, Adams' apple to be exact, were to me. Oh, also I think I have some kind of biting kink, I don't know if that's a thing, but sometimes I just get the urge to bite someone around the said areas, no I'm not a vampire. Is it normal?

    I just wanted to point out in some places/times people would think it was inappropriate to see the other genders ankles. if people saw ankles as a possible turn on then I think shoulders are fine
