It's actually very sane to want people to be better to each other. But if even the slightest mistreatment rocks you to the core, you may need try something new. Maybe I can relate due to my rage. If i can't justify why someone does something mean to me, or someone else, I get really pissed. I'll feel this huge craving just to destroy something. Maybe you feel the same way that when you can't explain why someone does something, it hurts you and you react. You either fall to pieces or explode. But on the other hand, if it's much less a consciouss thing, and more a immediate emotional reaction, you might need to do more studying up on your issues.
Maybe use a diary and journal what sets you off and what reaction you had, and how severe it was. That's all i can think of for now. I hope you figure it out.
