thegypsysailor, not sure. Sometimes he asks because I'll say something like "hey let's jam tonight" (we're both musicians) so he'll ask what time I'll be home. other times it's random. I think he isn't comfortable being home for a long time.
Good point, I don't think I'll be renewing the lease with him.
Wow, a punctual musician? LOL. 50% of my job as a road manager for groups in the 60's was seeing everybody got on stage on time, and believe me, it wasn't easy. Between the drugs, groupies, liquor and whatever, it seemed like an insurmountable quest, more often than not. Cold showers were my best friend!

I am a bit like your room-mate. If someone wants to plan things with me I'd love to know when they come over.
if I had a room-mate I'd probably require to know when they would be home to avoid me being in the middle of ...private matters.
