Totally hate those hand-shakes. They say that a firm handshake is a sign or trustworthyness, or similar bullshit. It isn't, it is the sign of a bastard who likes to bruise hands, if anything at all, or just someone who likes to control and manipulate the other person. It's more than just a pet hate for me... it makes me fucking angry.
I completely agree, my cousin's fiancee does it and it just makes me weary of everything he does because I know he knows how to play the manipulation game with people.
