It's expensive to change your name...$300 or something, roughly. My friend changed her name, and I remember her saying it was timely and expensive. But, it's certainly doable! And you have a valid reason for changing it (bullying). However, you do have to be of legal age, so until then you can always ask your teachers and others to call you something else less unusual.
