You should try keeping a journal. Although i have never had thoughts like these i used to have a bad temper and i would yell and things too. I started writing down my emotions instead of leaving them bottled up inside me. Dont let the thoughts manifest in your head as soon as you think you want to kill someone tell yourself "no im better than that" and think of pleasant things. Also praying really dows help!
