I feel the same way sometimes but only toward people I have a problem with. But I'm actually very nice, and I'd never actually kill someone lol...i just have a temper, but I'm getting better with it. You will too, just think positive thoughts as much as possible. I also pray & it helps, no offense to anyone who's a non-believer...

thank you im also a nice person but sometimes my anger gets really bad but I've never killed any1 or hurt any1 with my anger
