    I think there are probably some other good salesmen/women around looking for work. If you are paying for everything, you ultimately have all control, right? His only leverage is that he's a really good salesman?

      Thanks for the feedback. If we lived in the USA, no doubt there would be plenty of good salesman, but we are in Christchurch, New Zealand, and there are definately not that many around. If only...
