Is it normal to be always be grumpy in the morning
No matter what I do I am horribly mean and grumpy when I first wake up and up to several hours later. No matter if I get ten hours of sleep and get up with plenty of time to get ready for work I am still in a horrible mood. I have tried to get up and drink a big glass of water or a sports drink thinking that maybe I was dehydrated from the 8-10 hours without food or drink. I have started taking a multivitamin because a B vitamin deficiency can cause moodiness. I tried drinking coffee for a bit and it did not help either
