Is it normal to be albe to fall in love only with friends?

i don't feel like that's really normal. I've gone out with a lot of people and had a cuople of relationships, but i can't fall in love unless i've known the guy for years. It's happend before and it's happening now. i really hate it, 'cause i always end up losing long lasting friendships. it this thing so wierd? should i seriously worry or just accept it??

    This is entirely normal.

    I've only been with my straight best friends, being a gay guy, that's pretty difficult. It took a toll on those friendships, but I can't imagine sleeping with or dating someone that I'm not already in love with. I could never lay with someone I didn't love.

    It's normal and same thing also happening to me at the moment, I've been friends with her for 7 years. And Im just scared that if we try our relationship further it would break our long lasting friendship.
    So I think it happens the other way around too. You both are afraid that this friendship could be over.
