Oh sorry :p I thought you meant "hooking up" as having sex. Oh well. When I was like 16 I used to kiss randomers too and I was scared to kiss this guy i liked (and he liked me too) because I thought I was bad at it, and afterall, i used to think it was alright cause it was a random guy that i wouldnt see again and he wouldn't even remember it because he was too drunk. so yeah i'd say just don't think of it and do it even if you think youre bad at it ;)
so i was 16 and this guy i liked walked me home at night after a school party. we were alone and he mentioned something funny which kinda meant "we should kiss", and i just panicked thinking i wouldn't be good and changed topic. i regretted it for ages. Now I'm sure he wouldn't have really minded if i was a bad kisser, after all, he might be bad too, and hey ,if he kisses you it's becuase he likes you!! he won't mind! :P
