I'm afraid of going mentally insane. Yet I've always had urges to hurt or kill someone. Normal?

    Takes a lot to cross over to the dark side. Most people have evil thoughts but never act on them. Maybe start with small helpless animals.

    If you're having urges to hurt & kill it would be normal to worry about insanity. I suggest you get some professional help urgently before the urges take over and your fear becomes true.

    How strong are those urges? So strong that you might act on them? Then you need psychiatric help.
