It might taste good, but that's about it. It has practically zero nutrients (vitamins, minerals, fibre, anti-oxidants, etc.) and you need those nutrients for your body to function at it's optimal levels. Eat your fast food, but also eat lots of fruits and veggies to compensate for the lack of nutrition.
