its normal but it deffinately isnt right. recreational technology is a trap and a worse drug than most illicit narcotics. It causes laziness, fucks up your eye sight, ruins your concentration and fucks up your social skills and increases levels of social anxiety. Im in teh same position when it comes to my pc, but i just threw out my phone so now i dnt ahve to worry about texting. I wish i could do the same for my pc but i need it for work
