I thought it was odd as well. It's this damned double standard - nobody takes issue with a woman saying this type of thing (just look at the current normalcy rating), but when a guy says the exact same thing in the opposite context, people get rather hot and bothered. Anybody care to explain that to me?
It's something I've noticed all too well. Anoying thing is, when I actually talk about such double standards, I get called a sexist...It's beyond a joke.
Atleast someone besides just me actually sees the double standard.
