Is it normal to be a late bloomer

Ok so I'm 19, about to turn 20 next month and I still look like I'm 15, even though I'm 6'4" I still have a baby face, almost no facial hair and a underdeveloped body(really skinny). I feel like I'm developing way too slowly and it's effected my social life, I'm still a virgin and alot of people my age don't want to hang out with me because I look like a loser kid.
I've been thinking about taking small amounts of steroids to spur on puberty to start looking my age. I feel like if I were to look older people will have a different perspective of me and I can start living life and having fun.
What should I do?

    Just wait.

Besides "the juice" can screw you up.

    http://www.steroidabuse.com/side-effects-of-steroids.html

Just read the short term side effects

    Men:
For men it'll give you more zits, shrink your balls, and give you a set of girly boobs. Then it'll give you high blood pressure, bad cholesterol, enlarge your prostate (and you know how docs check your prostate right? a finger up your ass). And then you get to lose hair.

    Females:
You get to look like guys.

And both genders get higher aggression. So you can get even more pissed off when people comment on your moobs or (for girls) that you look rather mannish.

Then there's the long term effects:
    HIV if you're sharing needles.
    Liver failure
    Cardiovascular issues
Stunted growth (which is just the opposite of what people want)
    Ligament / joint injury
    Weight issues
    Neurological issues

Are you sure looking older is really worth the issue?
I mean hell in 40 years you'll ENJOY looking younger than all of your wrinkled up classmates.

I am 45 and I look 35 at the very most! Trust me.. I know the frustration of being young and looking even younger, but people absolutely must accept you for who you are now. Do not take steroids! You will unravel your sense of who you are if you do that, and it wont take long for you to mature more anyway. Smarten up how you dress, get some groove in your style, if you haven't done this already. Wear 30spf sunscreen and care for your skin. Trust me on this!! :)

If it were normal it would be called 'normal' instead of 'late-bloomer.' It isn't normal, but it isn't bad either. There's nothing wrong with you for developing a little later than other girls. Look at it this way: you'll go through menopause later. There's a plus ;P

I have the same situation here, but I'm fucking short, so I look like a fucking kid. I usually get ignored, and I've never been in a relationship. Anyway, when I'm older it will be a good thing..I hope :/

  • I have a friend exactly like you and yes I do make fun of him because of his look but it's friendly. He's had way more sexual encounters and girlfriends than me though and he makes fun of me about it. You don't choose how you'll develop but you gotta live with what you got. Honestly you just need to be more confident and I'm sure everything will be alright.

It's normal. If anything, thats probably the way you are now, and the way you'll stay for a long time. Be thankful, because I bet some people wish they had a body and a baby face like yours. I just turned twenty on the 24th, and I think I still look pretty young for my age, and my voice is kinda soft and child like too. Don't take anything. Let yourself just age with the grace of time at whatever pace it would like, whether that be slow or fast.

Take it as a blessing. I used to complain about how young I look to my mother all the time. But she told me that maybe if I'm lucky I'll always look younger then my age. So now, whenever I think of 40, I hope I look younger.
