Most of the time, a hypochondriac would deny the fact they are a hypochondriac and would not recognize their hypochondria unless they are in treatment. It is most likely anxiety or paranoia. That being said, it could also be a gut feeling. I have had minor symptoms since I was 8, and they were unable to find anything, yet I felt that I had something wrong. I'm now 16 and it turns out I have an autoimmune problem and the reason they didn't find anything was because there is no official name for what I have. In the end you know your body best, and if you physically feel sick then I would recommend talking to your doctor. I would recommend talking to a psychologist due to your mental health concerns.
IIN to be a hypochondriac even though I've been tested for most diseases?

You think so? I believe you can also be aware of your own mental problems...
But you're right, your own feeling should know your body best
