Don't worry about it, if it bothered those women too much, they'd just leave. Seriously, the only time it's every bothered me is when it was some creepy old dude. Most men are actually very polite and, while it's obvious what they are doing, it's not offensive in any way. Plus, I never have to buy my own drink because they always insist.
Oh ok maybe its just where I live then. There's a mining boom in my state so we have men from all over the world coming here for work as most of the world is in a recession. This means theres 50,000 more men here than women and put that together with a bad drinking culture the women are simply brave to come out in the first place.
