That's only a very small percentage of Furries, known as Otherkin, the rest are just people who appreciate animals and like "anthros" a bipedal animal with human intelligence and some features.
There are many sub-groups: some overlap may happen
Furry artists/art lovers
Creative people who create art, or enjoy art and other fan works.Casuals: simply enjoy furry related stuff, sometimes even cartoons.
Fursona creaters/roleplayers: typically have a character they base themselves on, and roleplay online as their "OC" or "Fursona" may have artwork of their character.Fursuiters: own a costume, may or may not be sexual.
Yiffers/furverts: Those who like the more sexual aspects, like the more explicit artworks and or other fetish items.
This includes the "Yiff artists" who make sexy artworks and erotic stories.Otherkin/Therian: otherkin are people who genuinely believe they are not human and believe they are a certain animal, instead of simply role-playing or pretending to be one.
Therians believe they are a mythical creature, like a unicorn, Griffin, elf, etc.Scalies: similar to Furries, but with reptilian creatures like snakes and dragons.
Bronies: an extension of the furry fandom made of people who happen to be fans of the show "My little Pony: Friendship is magic". Follows same subgroups, with different terms, and more related to the show. (,ex, "Clopper" instead of yiffer)

Well, "normal" is a not a great word in this case. Of course some might say it's weird, someone may also say you're a freak. But everyone has his or her own little obsessions as i like to say. It's not a problem at all, until you hurt yourself or someone else, which sounds to me pretty far to this case. Is it normal to be a furry? Yeah. Can people judge you about that? Fuck no. Should you be proud of it? Maybe not, but if you need someone to talk to, i'm here. I mean, i'm not a doctor, but still, yours is not an illness.

Animal fucking is bestiality, which is generally unrelated to furry fandom.
Furry fandom is simply a general appreciation or animals and animal like creatures, including intelligent bidedal creatures known as anthros, after anthropomorphic, or human-like. (for example, bugs bunny is an anthro)
How much that appreciation is, varies.
