Attraction is merely sexual, some girls like muscular guys, some girls like lanky guys. Some like white, some like black, some like guys with long hair, some like bald guys. Its the same for guys. Sexual preference is like a thumb print for every individual. Love on the other hand can happen at any time and takes getting to know someone on the inside. I, myself find many different women attractive of all shapes sizes colors etc. Some more than others but if I have a decent sense of attraction to them then I give it a shot.
P.S. - Black girls don't have to do anything different to get a white guy than to get a black guy or any guy. Just be a chick, guys like that.
