    It's normal to hide it from your parents at any age but it's def not normal to still be living with your parents at 28 though!

    Buckman, you wouldn't have anything to worry about if both people keep their legs closed and actually only sleep with one person. Not the whole town.

    I'm 31 and still feel the fear, even after countless years with my fiance!!! She thinks we don't have sex... Hahahaha!!!

    IMO, most people don't want their family to see things like that. However, why would your mom find them? Do you still live with your parents?

    Showing condoms to your mom is like being entirely open to her about your sex life. I'm pretty sure most people aren't and that their mom doesn't expect (and maybe even doesn't want) them to be.

    My brother is 12 and he waved one in front of my mom! Lol though he is not sexually active and is aware what its for. My mom actually cracked up.

    I don't keep mine in common areas. If my mom found them I'd know she have seen the whip, handcuffs, and various other acoutrements too. I'm not sure which one of us would be more embarrassed in that situation.

    Are you still living with your mom or when she comes to visit?? I don't feel comfortable with my mom seeing mine either but she doesn't care.

      Many people still get pregnant when they're just using the birth control pill or shot or whatever. It's best to use several different types of contraception. Plus, if you don't use condoms you're probably going to get some type of STD etc. Even if you're only with one sex partner.. they could cheat, you just never know.
