Guys get intimidated.... find a guy you actually like and go after him... that's what I did.. I met this guy 3 years ago and he absolutely hated me.. but I was like you, I was outgoing and flirty... I sometimes thought he liked me but could never tell... this past summer, I became really good friends with that guy and was still the same, outgoing girl I was and guess what? He's my boyfriend now ;D Go after a guy.. don't just sit around and wait for one to come by... that'll get you nowhere..
