I’m 18 and I’ve been speaking to a girl for a while now and I never really asked her age because she looks older. Well, we really get on and we’re really into each other and everything is there we laugh together, chill together and it’s never awkward. Then the other week I found out she’s 16 when I brought up an idea about going out into town. I really wanna date her but idk, is this fine?

    Yeah but I'd watch out for age of consent. If it's not 16 then she could stab you in the back or some other bad shit could happen.

    In my opinion, it's fine, because you're only 2 years older than her.

    Depending on your state laws, age of consent, and whether the girl you're dating is crazy or not, the only way this will become an issue is if SHE reports you and file charges; otherwise, no one will bother you.

    It's ok, but the law is iffy on this depending on where you live. If you two are thinking about having sex, watch out for age of consent - if you're in the US, I think most states have laws specifically covering this kind of situation.

    No, it’s most likely illegal, the amount of years make no difference, it’s still pedophilia (okay so technically ebonophilia, but not much of a difference).
